A. Audio Data & Microphone Usage

The App requires access to your device's microphone to function. We prioritize your privacy by processing audio locally whenever possible.

Snore Monitoring: The App analyzes audio frequencies in real-time to detect snoring patterns. This processing happens 100% locally on your device. We do not upload raw audio of your entire night to any server.

Dream Recording: The App records audio clips only when speech or significant noise is detected.

Storage Location: Your audio recordings are stored locally on your device's internal storage. We do not possess a cloud database of your recordings.

B. AI Analysis & Image Generation

We use artificial intelligence (AI) services (such as Google Gemini and OpenAI) to provide dream interpretations and generate visual art.

Data Transmission: Data is sent to these third-party AI providers only when you explicitly request an analysis or image generation for a specific dream log.

Anonymity: The text transcripts or short audio snippets sent for analysis are processed anonymously and are not used by us to train public AI models.

C. Technical & Usage Data

We may collect anonymous, aggregated data regarding app performance (e.g., crash reports, session duration, feature usage statistics) to help us improve the stability and user experience of the App. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

Core Functionality: To provide you with sleep statistics, snore graphs, dream transcripts, and AI-generated artwork.

Storage Management (Auto-Cleanup): To ensure your device storage is not overwhelmed, the App applies an automatic retention policy:

* "Locked/Missed" Dreams: Audio files recorded while exceeding the free plan limits are automatically deleted from your device after 7 days.

* Standard Dreams: Audio files older than 30 days are automatically deleted unless you mark them as "Favorite."

Customer Support: To assist you if you contact us with questions or technical issues.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We strictly share data only with trusted service providers necessary for the App's operation:

AI Service Providers: (e.g., Google, OpenAI) To generate content upon your request.

RevenueCat: To manage subscription status and process purchase validations.

Apple / Google: To distribute the App and process payments securely.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your data.

Local Encryption: Your recordings are stored in your device's private app sandbox.

Secure Transmission: Any data exchanged with AI providers or payment processors is transmitted via industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

5. Children's Privacy

This App is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such data.

Children's Privacy Our Services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we become aware that a child under 17 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

Third-Party AI Processing: To provide dream interpretations, the text data derived from your recordings is processed using Google's Gemini API. This data is not used by Google to train their models and is shared solely for the purpose of generating the analysis.
